ASAP Design System — Cross-Cutting Rebrand

Owning the frontend identity end-to-end — on top of a backend reputation.

01The problem

The marketing brand had been refreshed, but the application hadn't caught up. Default pages, email headers and footers, PDF extracts and logos across the product were inconsistent with the new identity — and no one owned pulling it together.

02The elegant solution
  1. 01

    Took the rollout unilaterally and ran it cross-cutting: unified styles, a redesigned login, and refreshed forgotten-password, registration and terms pages.

    Reached every surface the brand appears on — email header/footer logos, PDF-extract branding, default pages — not just the obvious in-app screens.

  3. 03

    Paired it with a unified cookie-consent template across all brand domains, choosing strictest-GDPR compliance globally over geo-fencing to keep operations simple and compliance risk low — with a regulatory-comparison matrix as the decision artefact.

03The outcome

A consistent brand identity shipped across the product and its supporting surfaces — frontend ownership demonstrated on top of the backend and platform work.
